Argue The Case. Secure The Future.
Nigerian Bar Association CMS Limited is the cooperative multipurpose society built for legal practitioners — from newly called wigs to Senior Advocates — turning years at the Bar into savings, credit and shared security for members of the legal community.
Nigerian Bar Association CMS Limited is the primary cooperative multipurpose society of practising members of the Bar — open directly to individual legal practitioners, not other societies. Every contribution is processed through chambers or payroll and pooled into a fund owned entirely by the practitioners who built it.
From newly called associates to Senior Advocates in private practice, from in-house counsel to public-service lawyers, the cooperative brings the legal community into one savings and credit society — because those who spend their careers arguing for others deserve a system that argues for them too.
Open to legal practitioners in active practice or employment within Ogun State and interested members of the Bar, with contributions processed through payroll or chambers remittance.
Built around the rhythm of legal practice — briefs, chambers and the Bar calendar — each scheme is designed to meet members where they are.
Regular monthly contributions build a growing balance for every member, forming the base for loan eligibility and long-term security.
Short-term credit against upcoming salary or brief fees for members facing urgent, unplanned expenses between paydays.
Fast-track credit for members facing personal or family emergencies, when a matter simply cannot wait.
Start-up credit for members setting up or expanding independent chambers, from office fit-out to law reports and case-management tools.
Structured access to land allocation and housing finance, helping members build lasting assets on a steady income.
Training and workshops that build members' financial literacy and understanding of cooperative principles.
Every scheme and policy of the Cooperative is guided by objectives set for the lasting benefit of members of the Bar.
